How do I order a custom table?
Once you've looked through our options and have an idea of the table you're looking for, you can email info@keystonepokertables.com to speak with us. We'll gladly answer any questions, discuss your options, quote you a price, and give you an estimated date that the table could be ready for delivery or pick-up. A deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required at the time of order, which allows us to begin work on your table immediately, or secures your table's place in our schedule if there are other orders pending. Many buyers opt to provide full payment at the time of order, but this is not required.
Once work is begun, tables typically take between 3 and 4 weeks to build and deliver. Prior to delivery/shipment of your table, the remaining 50% of the purchase price is due. 6% Sales Tax will be added to all orders received from Pennsylvania residents.
What shipping/delivery options are available?
In all cases, our goal is to get your table(s) to you as safely and economically as possible. Your shipping/delivery options vary based upon your distance from our location in Central Pennsylvania.
Within 50 Miles
We currently offer FREE delivery and set up within 50 miles of Bellefonte, PA 16823.
Within Pennsylvania
Beyond 50 miles within PA, we can typically hand deliver tables more economically (and faster) than with other shipping options.
Discounts are available if you, or someone you know, are available to physically help transport tables from the curb into your location.
Please feel free to contact us for a delivery quote.
Within the Continental USA
Tables purchased within the continental USA (but outside of Pennsylvania) are shipped via truck freight in custom-built crates and packaging sized and built specifically to ensure each table's safe arrival.
Some things you should know about shipping are:
Keystone Poker Tables will gladly handle all scheduling and details of shipping, but we allow buyers full control of the shipment options (detailed below), to allow you to have more control of shipping costs. We work with trusted freight brokerages to get you the best rate and service available. We don't "mark up" shipping costs -- what you pay is what we pay.
Many of our competitors:
- Charge a flat shipping rate regardless of whether you're across the state or across the country.
- Increase their prices to hide or disguise true shipping costs.
- Price shipping based on the price of goods that are purchased, while shipping costs are most influenced by weight.
- Ship with the cheapest available carrier with no insurance. Most shipments are by default only insured for 10 cents per pound, falling far short of the value of a custom poker table.
Clearly these are not all desireable options if you're looking for a true and fair shipping price.
All shipping is FOB Bellefonte, PA. The title and ownership of products shipped from Keystone Poker Tables transfers to the buyer upon being placed in the care of the carrier. Additional cargo insurance is available and encouraged, for protection beyond the carrier's stated limits of liability (typically 10 cents per pound).
A $100.00 fee to cover the materials and care needed to securely crate and package tables will be added to your shipping price. Our crates typically weigh more than the table inside, and are quite securely built.
Purchasers who live near a carrier's "hub" or terminal, may choose to pick up their shipment for increased, and often significant, savings.
In short, we allow you to select your shipping options, and charge exactly what such a shipment costs. We'll gladly discuss these options with you and answer all questions that you may have. Please feel free to contact us for questions regarding shipping and for a quote to your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, money orders, certified checks, and personal checks. We also accept payments from your Paypal® account. We may allow up to 5 business days for some forms of payment to clear.
What size table is best?
Size / Shape | Recommended Floor Area |
6 Player Round | 10' x 10' |
8 Player Oval | 12' x 10' |
10 Player Oval | 14' x 10' |
You should consider the amount of space you have for a table, and the number of players you wish to accommodate. Generally speaking, it's always better to have a larger table for only a handful of players, than a smaller table when a few extra players show up. The recommended number of players is calculated based on 24" of rail length per player, and generally works out quite well. We have also often seen an additional player or dealer at each table size with reasonable comfort.
The "Recommended Floor Area" is approximately the amount of floor area you should allow for the table, and for seating around the table. These dimensions are provided as an ideal guide, and allow room for movement around the table while players are seated. Often, spaces a foot or two smaller than those recommended here will be adequate.
What can I get printed on the Custom Casino Cloth?
In short, nearly anything you can imagine. Through a process known as dye sublimation, we can do anything ranging from logos of your club, fraternity, league or business, to your initials, to whole-table photographs in full color. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination, and applicable copyright laws.
If you've watched a televised poker tournament and seen logos and images on the cloth, you've seen the high-quality nature of dye-sublimation graphics. Your artwork isn't simply painted on, it's permanently dyed in to last as long as the cloth itself. It will never peel, crack, blister or catch the edge of a card while you're dealing.
We are also able to produce tables bearing many collegiate and other logos. Please inquire for more information regarding the availabilty of your favorite school or logo.
Do you offer chairs?
Yes! We offer several choices in chairs, in a range of prices, which can be seen on our Poker Table Chairs page.
These high-quality factory-built chairs have been hand-selected for beauty and craftsmanship to compliment your Keystone Poker Table. Chairs are shipped direct to you, often in as little as 3-5 days, while custom orders of certain stains and upholstery materials may take longer.
We are especially fond of The Classic Bulldog Chair for its classic styling, durable construction, and affordable price (especially when you may be purchasing as many as ten chairs). The Classic Bulldog Chair is also available in an array of stain choices to closely match your Keystone Poker Table, and with arm-less, comfortable styling, approaches the ideal in accomodating even the largest of players, around the most crowded of poker tables.
Do you offer any less-expensive tables or options?
We're passionate about providing only the highest-quality professional tables for serious poker enthusiasts, period. Our commitment to pure, old-fashioned craftsmanship, requires the finest (and often the most expensive) materials. From a price standpoint, we simply cannot compete with particle board, mass production, and foreign labor, and we don't want to.
I have an idea for a table that isn't pictured or offered in the options. Can you build it?
We strive to accommodate anyone looking for a quality table, and in many instances we may be able to work with you to achieve your visions and ideas. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or special requests, and we'll do our best to make your dream table a reality.
